Free Standard Delivery.

1. Customers who make eligible orders on the Lovell Netball website will receive free standard delivery on orders over £100 GBP. Each online order must total £100 GBP or more (excluding delivery charges) to qualify for free standard delivery (subject to the exclusions set out in these terms) (the Promotion). The Promotion may be altered or varied at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

2. The Promotion will run from 16:00 on 24/12/2020 until 23:59 on 25/12/2020 (Closing Date). All times are listed in GMT.

3. In order to use the Promotion you must go onto lovellnetball.co.uk and make a qualifying purchase at the checkout. Free standard delivery will be automatically applied, on qualifying orders, at the relevant stage of checkout.

4. To qualify for free standard delivery you must spend a minimum of £100 GBP or the equivalent value (excluding delivery charges) in other currencies.

5. The Promotion cannot be used:

a. on orders that include the purchase of a gift card if the value of such gift card is used towards the qualifying spend;

b. on orders placed again after the Closing Date;

c. on purchases made in-store.

9. The decision made by the Promoter as to those persons able to use the Promotion and the products that are eligible for the Promotion is final.

10. No correspondence relating to the Promotion will be entered into.

11. By using this Promotion, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

12. No alternative (cash or otherwise) to the Promotion is available.

13. Employees and agents of the Promoter and its Group companies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion, nor are their relatives or members of their families or households.

14. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion by giving notice on this webpage

15. The Promoter accepts no liability for cancellation of the Promotion.

16. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
