This well-padded training wedge has been designed to improve tackle and ruck technique, youth teams will benefit from learning correct technique from an early age to prevent injuries.
2 carry straps are attached to the rear of the pad which provides a secure hold, the shaped pad provides a target to aim your shoulders. When held at a correct height, players will learn to tackle or ruck from a low body position.
